After defining the Business Model of the customer’s idea, BCS performs all the necessary study for the preparation of the Business Plan. Subsequently, the Management, Marketing, Operational and Financial Plans are structured, validating with the client all the characteristics that the Plan must have to characterize the original business idea.
After the completion of the Business Plan, BCS also prepares an Executive Summary to be presented to future investors, in order to enhance the attraction for the venture. The Executive Summary is the summary of the Business Plan, used to briefly present the enterprise, and to arouse interest in possible business financiers.
To carry out the Financial Plan, we use as a base all the infrastructure, materials and personnel that will be necessary for the structuring and maintenance of the company. The Fixed and Variable Costs of the enterprise are defined, in addition to short and long term sales projections. Working capital, cash flow, break-even point and DRE are also estimated. A comparison of the project’s viability is also carried out, by calculating the IRR and NPV.
Once the right plan has been created for a company we work with them at creating a strategy that allows the plan to work. We look at the environmental factors of our clients and make recommendations about steps which can be taken to move in the right direction
